Shipping & Returns

No Quibble Returns Policy

Our aim is satisfied customers.

For faulty goods we offer a 14 day return period (you must inform us of the fault within 7 days).

If you simply change your mind you can return your goods to us within 7 days and we will offer a refund of the product cost.

All items must be returned back to us in the condition you received them.

We will endeavour to process your refund within 48 hours of receiving the goods back, by the original method of payment.

In the first instance, please Contact Us via our website or telephone on 01782 817585 (our usual opening hours are 9am to 5pm Mon, Tues and Fri and 9.30am-2.30pm Wed and Thurs).  We will do whatever we can to resolve your issue.


Our items are shipped using a variety of postal/courier services depending on the size/weight/cost of the item to ensure that we are using the most cost effective yet reliable method possible for our customers.

For most products we use a standard delivery service which can take 2- 5 working days.  However, if you need your goods more urgently please telephone on 01782 817585 (our usual opening hours are 9am to 5pm Mon, Tues and Fri and 9.30am-2.30pm Wed and Thurs) and we can discuss your needs to find an alternative solution.


International Shipping

Most International parcels are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For.  International parcels are subject to a maximum 2kg weight allowance and total 90cm dimensional size.  

If you are buying multiple items, we will be happy to look if we can combine postage to keep cost/weight down.  Please Contact Us to discuss.

If you are purchasing item(s) that weigh/measure more than this we can still ship to you using an alternative tracked courier service and are happy to confirm a price to you if necessary.  Please Contact Us to discuss.
